Admission Requirements for MAT: Patients must be at least 18 years of age or older to be eligible. All admissions must currently be addicted to opioid’s and have a minimum of one-year history of use. All admissions are based the individual needs. All new admissions will complete an assessment with counselor and nursing staff followed by a medical evaluation by the doctor on site.
